IndyCar has announced grid penalties for the Nos. 8 and 9 Chip Ganassi Racing Honda entries, driven by Kyffin Simpson and Scott Dixon respectively, as well as the No. 45 Rahal Letterman Lanigan Honda driven by Louis Foster, for this weekend's Snap-on Milwaukee Mile 250.
